Booking Terms & Conditions – Alia Adventures

At Alia Adventures, your safari experience is our priority, and we want you to book with complete confidence. Our clear and transparent Terms & Conditions cover the following: Deposits & Payment – A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your safari begins. Bookings made within 6 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Fair and reasonable cancellation terms apply, with refunds calculated based on the date of cancellation. We’ll always be transparent about any nonrefundable costs. Client Responsibilities – To ensure a smooth safari, all guests should have valid travel documents, necessary visas, and travel insurance that includes medical coverage. Health and safety preparations, such as obtaining recommended vaccinations, are also the client’s responsibility.

Force Majeure – In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, or natural disasters), we will work with you to offer suitable alternatives or adjustments, and refunds where possible.

Safety & Service Commitment – Your safety and satisfaction come first. We partner with trusted accommodation providers, guides, and transport operators to ensure the highest standards of service and care.
